Illegal downloading is done constantly; i have so many friends that download music off limewire or watch copy films on different internet websites, just because it is cheaper or because its easier than going to a shop and buying a cd or dvd. You can even watch films that have just come out in the cinema and it even saves you from paying the cinema entry prices.
Really illegal downloading is exactly the same as stealing and obviously it is illegal; but then it doesnt really feel illegal because everybody seems to do it. You dont really seem to see people being prosecuted for downloading so you never think that it is such a bad crime but it mush have such a bad impact on the music and film industry.
i totally agree with this is is illegal and nearly everyone does it but because nothing gets done about it everyone carries on doing it the only way it would stop is if something got done and other people heard about it on the news and in the papers.
